Welcome to BEYONDREJECTION.COM (BEYONDREJECTION Limited - 77798816). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your application, enrollment, and participation in the Road To 10K program. By submitting payment and enrolling in the program, you ("Customer," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms, creating a legally binding agreement between you and BEYONDREJECTION Limited ("Company," "We," "Us").
"10K Creator Pact" (the "Program") refers to a human-led accountability program designed for early-stage creators that includes a 60-minute onboarding call and active ongoing accountability with weekly check-ins and possibly daily interventions, supporting you for up to 12 months or until you hit 10,000 followers on the platform of your choice, whichever comes first.
"Services" includes the onboarding call, weekly check-ins, full access to our dedicated web application (logging posts, tracking progress, unlocking rewards, ...) daily accountability interventions as applicable, and any associated materials or support provided by the Company during the Program Term.
"Fee" refers to the one-time, upfront payment of $750 USD required for enrollment.
"Term" refers to the duration of up to 12 months or until you reach 10,000 followers on your chosen platform, whichever occurs first.
The Program is designed to provide early-stage creators with 100% human-led accountability and support to overcome fear, motivation struggles, and perfectionism, helping you consistently post content and grow your audience until you hit your 10K follower goal or until the one-year term ends.

Enrollment is subject to approval by the Company.
The total cost for the 10K Creator Pact Program is a one-time, upfront Fee of $750 USD.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment service provider, Stripe. You agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service.
Your spot in the program is not confirmed until the Fee has been paid in full and received by the Company.
We want you to feel confident joining our program (10K Creator Pact) . If you decide it’s not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. After this period, all payments are final and non-refundable to uphold the accountability and commitment principles of the program. This ensures that both you and the Company are fully dedicated to your progress and success.

The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from your participation. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, participation, and external factors. We make no guarantees regarding follower count increases, engagement rates, or business outcomes.
Accountability and engagement are provided for support and habit-building purposes, not as guaranteed growth hacks.
This Program is not professional mental health, legal, or financial advice and does not substitute therapy or counseling.
The Company may celebrate member milestones with discretionary rewards, which are not guaranteed.
All materials and intellectual property provided by the Company during the Program remain the exclusive property of BEYONDREJECTION Limited. You are granted a non-transferable license for personal use during the Program Term only. Sharing or reselling materials is prohibited.
You retain all rights to content you create and post on your own platforms.
The agreement begins upon receipt of your full payment and lasts for up to 12 months or until you hit 10,000 followers on your chosen platform, whichever occurs first. The Company may terminate your participation immediately without refund if you violate these Terms.
Completion or termination ends your access to program services unless continuation options are explicitly offered.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation. Liability is limited to the total Fee paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.
The Company may modify Terms with notice; continued participation denotes acceptance of changes.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and the Company.
