Welcome to BEYONDREJECTION.COM (BEYONDREJECTION Limited - 77798816). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to, access, and use of the BeyondRejection Progressive Web App. By submitting payment, you ("Customer," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms, creating a legally binding agreement between you and BEYONDREJECTION Limited ("Company," "We," "Us").

Definitions

"Beyond Pro" refers to the premium subscription plan providing full access to the BeyondRejection web application for 12 months.

"Beyond Kickstart" refers to the basic subscription plan providing full access to the BeyondRejection web application for 6 months.

"BeyondRejection App" (the "App") refers to our web-based SaaS application designed for ambitious individuals that includes progress tracking tools (proof-based logging, tracking consistency, unlocking rewards), plus premium support features such as an optional 60-minute onboarding call, weekly check-ins, and up to 5/7 mindset support via the in-app chat feature.

"Services" includes your subscription access to the App and all premium support features available through the Beyond Pro plan during your subscription term.

"Fee" refers to the one-time, upfront payment of $249 USD required for the Beyond Pro subscription plan or the $79 USD for the Beyond Kickstart plan.

"Term" refers to the duration of 6 or 12 months, depending on the subscription plan.

Description of Services

The Beyond Pro and Beyond Kickstart subscription plans provides the user with full access to the BeyondRejection App, our SaaS web app featuring comprehensive habit tracking (logging progress, tracking consistency, unlocking rewards, etc.), enhanced by premium human-led support features to help overcome fear, perfectionism, and procrastination so you can consistently execute on your goals.


Services include:

  • An optional 60-minute onboarding call to set milestones and clarify expectations.
  • Weekly check-ins and mindset support via the in-app chat feature as applicable.
  • Full access to our dedicated web application (proof-based logging, tracking consistency, unlocking rewards, ...)
  • Personalized support focused entirely on human interaction—No AI involvement.

Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

Enrollment is subject to approval by the Company.

The total cost of the Beyond Pro subscription is either a one-time upfront fee of $249 USD or four installments of $65 each, billed every three months.

The total cost of the Beyond Kickstart subscription is a one-time upfront fee of $79 USD.


All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment service provider, Stripe. You agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service.
Your spot in the program is not confirmed until the Fee has been paid in full and received by the Company.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to the BeyondRejection App through our subscription plans. If you decide it's not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. After this period, all payments are final and non-refundable to uphold the accountability and commitment principles of the plan. This ensures that both you and the Company are fully dedicated to your progress and success.

Dynamic Results Guarantee

Scope

The Beyond Pro plan includes the Dynamic Results Guarantee: BeyondRejection Limited will refund 50% of the purchase price ($124.50 USD) if you fail to hit your personalized milestone within 12 months of your first log after the free trial— **subject to completing minimum weekly logging requirements** and full compliance with eligibility criteria.

Your milestone is set by BeyondRejection team members during onboarding (based on your self-reported starting point and goal type).

**Specific measurable targets** (15% body fat loss, $5k monthly revenue, 100 app downloads, 5 retainer clients, 50 workout sessions, first product shipped) determined solely by BeyondRejection.

Eligibility Criteria


To be eligible for the refund, you must satisfy every requirement below without exception. Non-compliance with any criterion results in immediate and irrevocable forfeiture of the guarantee:

  • Log your progress four (4) times per calendar week, exclusively through the BeyondRejection web app by clicking the 'log your progress' button + uploading proof, resulting in at least 208 submissions over fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, commencing from your first log after (potential) free trials.
  • Zero tolerance for non-compliance: Any single week without four (4) or more logs (defined as a 7-day period from 00:00 CET Monday to 23:59 CET Sunday) renders you ineligible. No extensions, makeup posts, or exceptions permitted.
  • BeyondRejection Limited reserves the right to verify that logged progress is actually meaningful and can be defined as 'progress' towards reaching your ultimate goal.
  • Active support chat participation: Respond to all direct messages from BeyondRejection support team within the app within 72 hours throughout the 52 weeks.
  • Submit written refund request to info@beyondrejection.com within thirty (30) days of month 12 completion.

Verification and Payment


BeyondRejection Limited will audit all claims within fourteen (14) days, including spot-checking logged progress for validity and support chat responsiveness. Refund, if approved, will be issued to original payment method within fourteen (14) days thereafter. All decisions are final.

Limitations


This guarantee constitutes a conditional results incentive only and does not imply guaranteed results, create liability beyond the refund amount, or affect your obligation to pay in full upfront. By purchasing the Beyond Pro subscription plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms in their entirety.

Customer Obligations and Conduct

To receive the full benefit of the subscription, you agree to:

  • Participate actively in weekly check-ins and respond to in-app chat support.
  • Maintain a supportive and professional attitude in all communications with Company staff and other participants.
  • Refrain from discussing divisive or sensitive topics unrelated to creator growth or accountability within any community settings.
  • Keep all personal and service-related discussions confidential.
  • Refrain from soliciting or promoting competing services within the app community.

Disclaimers and No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from your use of the BeyondRejection App (regardless of your subscription plan) beyond the Dynamic Results Guarantee terms. Your ultimate success depends entirely on your own effort, participation, and external factors. We make no promises regarding outcomes of any kind outside of the Dynamic Results Guarantee terms.

App tools and premium support are provided for habit-building and motivation, not as guaranteed solutions and or hacks.

The support is not professional mental health, legal, or financial advice and does not substitute therapy or counseling.


The Company may celebrate member milestones with discretionary rewards, which are not guaranteed.

Late Payments and Default.

If any installment for the Beyond Pro subscription plan is not paid within 14 days of the due date, you will be in default. We may then (at our sole discretion): (i) suspend or terminate your access to the Beyond Pro subscription and related services; (ii) charge late fees at 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by law); and/or (iii) accelerate the full remaining balance as immediately due. We reserve all rights to recover overdue amounts, including collection costs and legal remedies under Hong Kong law.

Intellectual Property

All App materials, software, and intellectual property provided through both subscription plans remain the exclusive property of BEYONDREJECTION Limited. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use during the Term only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing materials is prohibited.

Term and Termination

The Beyond Pro subscription begins upon receipt of your full payment or the first installment and lasts for up to 12 months. The Company may terminate your access immediately without refund if you violate these Terms.

The Beyond Kickstart subscription begins upon receipt of your full payment and lasts for 3 months. The Company may terminate your access immediately without refund if you violate these Terms.

Completion or termination ends your access to the App and Services unless continuation options are explicitly offered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services. Liability is limited to the total Fee paid.​

General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.


The Company may modify Terms with notice; continued participation denotes acceptance of changes.


These Terms represent the full agreement between you and the Company.
