• Support is available 7 days a week during designated hours (9AM - 9PM CEST). While we strive for prompt responses, please allow up to 10 hours for replies during peak periods.

• Abuse of the WhatsApp support system (e.g., harassment or spamming) may result in termination of services without refund.
